Each generation comes along thinking these wars started yesterday so can be stopped tomorrow. Truth is in many contexts its war what makes the world go round. Its a fact of life just like prostitution - these wheels cannot be reinvented. Diplomacy is there as a scapegoat but when the crunch comes it's all about who has the biggest gun.

Poignant opening lyrics which reminds us nothing has really changed. The next generation will also have its minority of African activists trying to reinvent the wheel only to discover the biggest obstacle is too many of us are defending slavery, poverty and inferiority aka bubudom. Some things truly are just a fact of life. Tryiong to at least look good and pleading to oppressors to stop being themselves is as good as it will ever get. Enjoy it while we still can.
